This is "Angel Falls", a unique and highly original chandelier design by Nigel Coates for Terzani.

Thirty-six 24% Italian lead crystal “angels” in a “base-jumping” pose are suspended from a modern circular brushed nickel ceiling rose.

This is the largest of the five sizes, and has 9 bulbs for brilliant illumination.
