A spectacular modern Italian stairwell chandelier, measuring a magnificent 570 centimetres in height. It is lit by no fewer than 54 light bulbs.

It is made entirely by hand from cylindrical tubes of clear borosilicate glass on a chrome frame.Borosilicate glass is also known as Pyrex - a perfect choice here because it is much lighter than other types of glass, but looks no different.
