With the advent of the space age in the 1950s and 1960s, interior design underwent a sea change. For the first time, customers wanted their homes to look very contemporary, and the leading Venetian glass-masters took up the challenge, creating a new style of lighting in keeping with the mid-century spirit. 

Thanks to our close links with some of the Venetian studios, we are delighted to be able to offer our customers all over the world many of these wonderful mid-century designs in sizes suiting not only the lobbies of grand hotels, but living rooms in smaller private residences. We can offer you a full bespoke service, with different sizes, glass colours, and frame colours, and even a full installation service, if so desired, wherever you are in the world.

This particular chandelier features hand-blown Murano glass tubes, known as "tronchi", on a spiral frame. In the Venetian tradition, it is generously sized. It can , however, be made for you in larger or smaller sizes on request. It's shown here with a chrome frame, but if you would like a gold frame, please get in touch with us.
