Today's Italian lighting manufacturers are following in the footsteps of the early Romans by featuring it on their chandeliers for decorative purposes. This beautiful chandelier, with 12 lights over two tiers, is shown here with  green marble  bobeches (candle-cups), as well as exquisite gold detailing and clear glass pendants.

Very generously sized, it is a very substantial item indeed, for a large room with a high ceiling.
